MassDEP has initiated a project to simplify and streamline its regulations, across all regulatory programs and is soliciting input from stakeholders in the legal, environmental consulting, and risk assessment communities, along with MassDEP staff, developers and other interested groups. These pages are devoted to the MassDEP Bureau of Waste Site Cleanup Reg Reform projects. The goal of these discussions is to provide a forum for meaningful and thoughtful input on specific topics (AULs, Tier Classification, etc…). This blog is a public forum for discussion of these topics. Please note that any material on this blog, including comments made by MassDEP staff and members of the Public, are part of the public record.
